William H. Jennings

William H. Jennings. age 59 of Taunton, MA formerly of Tiverton, RI passed away Tuesday. March 14, 2023 in Morton Hospital. He is survived by his mother Jeanne F. Jennings and the late Richard W. Jennings (father). He is also survived by his brother Richard W, Jennings and his wife Jeanne A, Jennings, sister Elaine F. Letowski and her husband Rob Smith, sister Susan M. Lavoie, brother David J. Jennings, sister Sheila A. St. Michel, and brother Paul A. Jennings.

He leaves behind six nieces and four nephews along with several great nieces and nephews Billy loved to ride around in his truck, he once drove to Maine just to deliver two Thanksgiving pies. Everyone who knew him, knew he was never at a loss for words. Billy was happiest when fixing cars. He could bring any engine back to life. If he was in your car he would immediately diagnose it and tell you if something was wrong. He was forever asking “when was the last time you checked your oil.” Billy liked being around people and spending time with family and friends. We all have many funny stories and memories.

His Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 10am in Our Lady of Peace Parish at St. Thomas More, 386 Luther Ave., Somerset.

Please arrive at the church no later than 9:45am.

Burial will follow in the Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River.
