Victor A. Piantedosi, 60, passed away on March 31, 2021 after a long and valiant battle with Multiple Sclerosis.
Victor was born in Attleboro and was the son of Claris (Payne) Piantedosi and the late Angelo Piantedosi.
Victor served his country honorably in the US Marine Corps and went on to work as a patrolman with the Bellingham Police Department for many years until his retirement.
He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed, hunting, fishing, scuba diving and cruising the back roads of New England on his motorcycle. Victor was a larger than life man with a great sense of humor and an infectious laugh. Once you met Victor, you never forgot him.
Surviving in addition to his mother are his daughter Miranda Piantedosi, whom he loved more than anything in the world; siblings, Regina Piantedosi of Attleboro and Nicholas Piantedosi of N. Attleboro; nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Nicholas, Kristina, Tony and Joseph and many lifelong friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a time of visitation on Saturday, April 3, 2021 from 9:30-10:30am in the Foley-Cook-Hathaway Funeral Home, 126 South Main St., Attleboro with a funeral service beginning at 10:30 in the funeral home.
Burial with military honors will follow in the Hillside Cemetery, Attleboro.
