Obituary

Victor J. Field, 79, of Ludlow, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2020, at his residence. He was the husband of the late Joy (Liebman) Field.

Victor was born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island the son of the late Eugene and Mildred (Simon) Field. He was a graduate of Moses Brown High School. Victor then earned his Bachelors in Business degree from Brown University, his masters degrees in Business Administration from George Mason University and in Healthcare Administration from California State University at Long Beach. Mr. Field was inducted in the Moses Brown Athletic Hall of Fame in 2000. He worked as a hospital administrator and then was a founding partner of the Keystone Commons Assisted Living Facility of Ludlow. Victor enjoyed traveling to Italy and Ireland. He was a New York Giants and Boston Red Sox fan.

Survivors are two daughters: Rachel V. Baker and her husband Brandon of Pelham, NH; Audrey M. Bergan and her husband Sean of Andover, MA; six grandchildren: Sydney, Cooper, Kyle, Lucas, Jakob and Ashleigh; a sister: Alex Statland of Framingham, MA.

His Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2020, at 11am, in Temple Beth El, 385 High Street, Fall River. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial to follow in the Temple Beth El Cemetery, North Main Street, Fall River.

Memorial Observance will be private at the request of the family.

Memorial donations in his memory can be made to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept 142 Memphis, TN 38148.

All arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Hathaway Home for Funerals, 1813 Robeson Street, Fall River, MA.
