Scott D. Hobson, 54, of Fairhaven passed away Saturday, April 23, 2022 at home after a long illness.
Born in Stoughton, MA he was the son of Eileen M. (Gouveia) Hobson of New Bedford and the late Paul A. Hobson. He was a 1985 graduate of New Bedford Vocational High School and lived most of his life in Fairhaven. Scott was a commercial fisherman for many years on various vessels to include the Direction and Sally Katherine. He enjoyed quahoaging and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother and several aunts, uncles cousins and dear friends.
