We are deeply sorry for your loss - the staff at Foley-Cook-Hathaway Funeral Home
Patrick Ryan Haaversen “PR/Pat”, of Attleboro, MA, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 11, 2022. Born on November 7, 1989, in Providence, RI, he was the beloved son of Barbara (Malone) and Dale Haaversen.
Raised and educated in Attleboro, MA, Patrick graduated from Attleboro High School, Class of 2008. He was intelligent, quick witted and ambitious. He held numerous certifications and was always looking for new opportunities.
Living in Attleboro for a majority of his life, he enjoyed the colder seasons of the year. He had a love for gaming, especially on his XBOX and computer. Building with Legos, collecting mini figures, drawing and watching Animated Television Series are what he enjoyed the most. He would often be found listening to techno and had recently started acknowledging other genres. Patrick treasured spending time with his family and friends. He was always laughing and joking, trying to bring the best out of people. Patrick was the light of the party. But above all, Patrick absolutely adored Fiona, his tuxedo cat that he’s pampered since she was a kitten.
Patrick is survived by his parents, Barbara and Dale Haaversen. As well as his older brother Erik S. Haaversen, his younger sister Heather L. Haaversen, her partner Andrew L. Rapp and Fiona, his beloved cat. He leaves his paternal grandparents, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a Memorial Visitation on Thursday, July 21, 2022, from 1 to 3 in the viewing room of the Foley-Cook-Hathaway Funeral Home, 126 South Main Street, Attleboro, MA. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his honor to The Jed Foundation P.O. Box 412945, Boston MA 02241 or jedfoundation.org.
