Louise J. (Lanzi) Arsenault, 95, a resident of South Weymouth, MA for many years, passed away Monday, February 9, 2020 in the Sarah Brayton Nursing Center, Fall River. She was the widow of Aime M. Arsenault.
Born in Cambridge, MA, a daughter of the late Phillip Lanzi and the late Lucy (Teti) Lanzi, Louise grew up in Cambridge and was a graduate of the Cambridge High and Latin School. She worked 62 years as an office manager for Hassan Brothers Motors in Quincy, MA. She was a member of the Pearl Harbor Survivor’s Association and a member of the American Legion in Weymouth for many years. She is remembered by family and friends with great love, and is affectionately described by all as a “spitfire.”
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, March 28, 2020 at 11AM in St. Patrick’s Church, South Street, Somerset, MA. Family will receive visitors from 10 AM at the church. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. PLEASE NOTE: Due to public health concerns and the governmental limits placed on the size of gatherings, services for Mrs. Arsenault have been postponed. A revised date for her services will be posted as soon as it is feasible to do so.
