Lois Irene Giles, 83, passed away on October 12, 2021. She was the wife of the late Warddell E. Giles.
Lois was born in Attleboro and was the daughter of the late Luther D. Lovejoy and Myrtice C. (Taylor) Lovejoy.
Mrs.Giles enjoyed spending time tending to her garden and raising her family. Whenever she could, Lois liked to visit the casino and play her scratch tickets. She will be fondly remembered by her family as a sweet, kind and accepting woman with an infectious laugh, who always told it like it was. Lois’s door was always open, and she would welcome you into her home with a kind smile.
She is survived by her children, Debra Giles of Attleboro, Cynthia Silveira and her husband Roy of Pawtucket and Timothy Giles and his wife Patricia of Holiday, FL; grandchildren, Monique, Roy and Matthew; great grandchild Andrew and several nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late George, Luther and Edward Lovejoy and great grandmother of the late Angel Silveira.
Private arrangements are entrusted to the Foley-Cook-Hathaway Funeral Home, Attleboro.
