John “Johnny” Pesce Jr., age 37, of Attleboro, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 25. Born in Attleboro, he was the beloved son of Leanne (Clarke).Pesce.
Other than a few years in RI he lived most of his live in Attleboro. Johnny loved animals and spent as much time as he could with his “best friend” Leon. When he wasn't working he enjoyed playing video games and watching the sun rise. He was a very loving person with a great sense of humor. He could make anyone laugh, most times at his own expense. I am sure everyone has their own “Johnny” story. Please share yours with us as he definitely prefers laughter over sadness. Our hearts are forever broken but you will never be forgotten.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his brothers: Robert “Bobby” Poirier of Scituate, RI, Tyler Pesce of Attleboro and Matt Pesce of California, grandmother: Gale Clarke, aunts and uncles: Lori & Tim Pinkham, Brian Clarke and David & Michelle Clarke, cousins: Randy Pinkham, Tessa Perry and Hannah Clarke. In addition, Johnny leaves behind some special people in his life - Lisa Levasseur, his “second” mom, two nephews and a niece, Davion, Dashon and Chloe Levasseur.
Johnny’s arrangements are under the care of Foley-Cook-Hathaway Funeral Home 126 South Main St., Attleboro. A celebration of Johnny's life will be held on April 16th 12-5pm at the Attleboro Elks Golden Antler Room. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his honor to a charity of your choice.
