Jeannine P. Cabral

SOMERSET- Jeannine P. Cabral, 89, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on June 10, 2022. She was the wife of the late Arthur J. Cabral.

Jeannine was born in Fall River and was the daughter of the late Oscar Goyette and Valeda (Caron) Goyette.

Mrs. Cabral was a longtime member of the ILGWU and was employed with Santoro Manufacturing for many years until her retirement. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, especially trips to Atlantic City, NJ. Jeannine was a woman who took the time to enjoy the simple things that life had to offer. She will be remembered as a dedicated and devoted mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Wetzel of Somerset; grandson Jordan Wetzel and his fiancee Sarah Fortin of Dedham; siblings, Rachel Ormerod of Westport and Diane Mello of Fall River.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a time of visitation on Monday, June 13, 2022 from 4-7pm in the Hathaway Community Home for Funerals, 900 Buffinton St., Somerset. Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 9am from the funeral home followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Patrick Church, South St., Somerset.

Burial will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery, Somerset.
