James B Wadick (90) a resident of Attleboro, MA passed away peacefully on March 12, 2023.
Born in Chapman, KS he was the son of the late James T. and Clementina (Orshceln) Wadick and the devoted husband of 66 years to his predeceased wife M.M. Anita Wadick. He is survived by their children Cynthia (Wayne) Pule of Corona, CA; Maureen (Frank) Hart of Vancouver, WA; Kathryn (Paul) Flynn of Albion, ME; Margaret Lague of Rumford, RI; Elizabeth (Michael) Lannigan of Holden, MA and predeceased by his son James D. Wadick.
He is survived by his brother K. Patrick Wadick of Council Grove, KS. and predeceased by his siblings Margaret E. Wadick, Donald Wadick, Charlene (Wadick) Armstrong and Richard Wadick.He was loved by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Jim graduated from Manhattan High School, KS in 1951. He is a Veteran of the United States Air Force serving from 1952-1956 during the Korean War. He graduated from Northeastern University with an Engineering degree in Packaging. He was employed by various manufacturing business which include Nicholson File, Texas Instruments, Carol Cable, DavolManufacturing Company and Arkwright Inc. He was a volunteer at The National Shrine of Our Lady of La Salette for over 20 years. He loved carpentry, leatherwork and a good flea market.
A mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 10am in St Mary's Catholic Church, One Power Rd, Norton, MA. Burial will be private.
