I'm so very sorry to all the Ernst family members and friends. I loved and miss my friend Irene so much.
We spent a lot of fun times together through the years I knew her and we had a lot of laughs. I pray she is
watching over all of you. She was such a fighter with the two bouts of chemo for the leukemia and kicking that into remission twice and she never complained or showed self pity. I admired that about her and I know she went through hell with all the side effects. Even with her heart issues and the lung radiation she was such a trooper and accepted her demise with grace. I wish I could sit with her and have a drink and talk and laugh, or go to the store for her and bring some Chinese food over. I know these times with her have ended here on earth but I know from my faith in Jesus Christ that we will meet again on the other side and she'll be there ready to greet me! With love and sympathy,
A candle was lit in remembrance

Rick and Stacy,
Tom and I want to let you know how extremely sorry we are for your loss.
Talk about such a small world, one day, I walked into The Cove restaurant in Fall River. Rick and Stacy were their with Irene.
Irene, said first thing, I remember you, . She remembered the day I walked into Dr. Feldmans office where she worked.
I was 19 years old had just been married 3 months. I was at doctors office to confirm I was pregnant with my first baby. Saying I was so scared was an understatement. Irene was so friendly and compassion it Ill never forget it. May she be free of pain and Rest In Peace️
