To Louise ,Bob, Dianne, Paul, & Jeanne, Gerry was the youngest of my older  brothers. We  did  share many laughs together and  many beers.  Gerry had many skills, he was my mentor at work. I could not have a greater teacher, he pulled my ears every day, thought it was cute. I could always call him for advice or help, and I did.  I will miss him dearly. He was my Brother and my Friend.

We three Brits are friends and neighbors of Diane and Mike Caffrey and were privileged to get to know Gerry and Louise on their visits to Tucson. We have such fond memories of the time we spent with him – celebrating Easter and Thanksgiving together, watching the Wildcats take on the Sun Devils at Arizona Stadium (he taught us more about that strange sport, American football, than anyone else in our 12 years in the US) or simply enjoying the desert sunshine in the backyard. He was a lovely man and we’ll miss him. Our hearts go out to Diane, Louise and the family.
