My sincere condolences to Ken and Gale and your families. Your mom was such a lovely lady and a beautiful example of Christ. I would see her once in a while at a church function and it would be like no time had even passed. A few years ago my mom, my sister Nora and my Aunt Agnes had the opportunity to go to lunch with her down in RI. We had the best day and it was such a memorable one for her as well to reconnect with my Aunt Agnes. Will miss that beautiful smile!

Elaine-You will forever be in my heart and mind. So many memories of gatherings at your home. You loved welcoming people into your home and making them feel special. Your gift to people, whether family or friends, was your love for them. How you loved your church family! I miss our telephone conversations and keeping in touch and when I could visit you made me so welcome. Thanks again for the birthday breakfast. I will always remember the waffle with strawberries and whipped cream. I know you’re with Jesus. Will see you again. Thanks be to God for His son Jesus who gives us this blessed hope. Till then... Love you.

I have known Elaine since my family moved here 44 years ago. She was a very kind person and wonderful neighbor. I would look out my kitchen window and see her out in the yard hanging clothes, weeding and mowing the lawn on the tractor. She was so motivated and stayed very active for her age. I was invited to many of "The Costa" gatherings and certainly enjoyed seeing the family and spending time with them. Elaine, I know you are in God's precious kingdom now and I will certainly miss you.

Auntie gave me a lifetime of treasured memories since as long as I can remember! She loved family gatherings at her home and church and cooking for her neighbors and phone calls from her children and the rest of us that she treated as her children.
Most of all though, she loved the Lord who was her motivation. The word that comes to mind when I think of her is ‘faithful’. So looking forward to seeing her again someday!
