Dorothy May (Gonsalves) Larsen, 92, of Fairhaven passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford after a long period of declining health.
She was the wife of the late Jens B. Larsen.
Born and raised in New Bedford, daughter of the late Joaquim and Margaret (Bolton) Gonsalves, she settled in Fairhaven in 1968. Dorothy had been the hostess at the Bamboo Garden Restaurant and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by her son, Jens E. Larsen of Fairhaven; a brother, Donald Gale of Florida and several nieces and nephews.
