Pauline Pimental, 98, lifelong resident of Taunton, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, May 9, 2018. She was the wife of the late Anthony Pimental.
Pauline was born in Plymouth, and was a daughter of the late Lewis and Florence (Ippoliti) Creati.
Pauline worked as a sorter at the Taunton Dress Shop for 35 years until her retirement. Pauline enjoyed Ballroom and Square Dancing, and was a member of the Silver City Twirlers for many years. She also enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and crossword puzzles, and trips to Plymouth to visit family and friends.
She is survived by her son, David Pimental and his wife Nancy of Taunton; sister Mary Miller of TX; grandchildren, Susan DeLeo and her husband Paul of Raynham, Shayne Martin and her husband Carl of Taunton; great-grandchildren, Sara, Mallory, Nathan, Desiree and Jesse; great-great-grandchildren, Henry, Xavier and Deion and many nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Phyllis Scanlon and sister of the late Ernest and Joseph Creati, Yolanda Dominack and Elvira Reposa.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her graveside service on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at 11am, in St. Joseph Cemetery, E. Britannia St., Taunton.
