Kiyo Mary Paul, 93, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 27, 2018. She was the wife of the late Francis O. Paul.
Kiyo was born in Tokyo, Japan and was a daughter of the late Yojiro Segawa and Kane Koike.
Kiyo immigrated to the US from Japan in 1951 and settled in Attleboro. She was employed as a designer at Swank Manufacturing for many years until her retirement. Kiyo was a member of the Providence Japanese Society and was a talented artist. She enjoyed drawing and painting and visiting the Tall Ships in Newport. Kiyo also enjoyed traveling, especially trips to New York.
She is survived by her son, Thomas H. Paul and his wife Donna and daughter, Mary Ann Tanner all of Attleboro, six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
She was the mother of the late Katherine F. Paquette.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Thursday, July 5, 2018, at 11am, in the Foley-Cook-Hathaway Funeral Home, 126 South Main St., Attleboro.
Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the MA Alzheimers Association, 264 Cottage St., Springfield, MA 01104.
