Kenneth L. Banville

Kenneth L. Banville, 65, long time resident of Swansea, Ma, passed away on January 2nd, 2020. He was the Husband of Sandra (McIntosh) Banville of Swansea Ma.

Kenneth was the son of the late Edmund J Banville of Swansea, the late Laura Banville (step mother), the late Claire Goss (Mother), Alice Solomito (Mother-in-law) and John McIntosh (Father-in-law). Kenneth joined the United States Army in 1972 and was stationed in White Sands Missile Range, NM. He proudly fought for his Country in Vietnam until 1974 when he was Honorably Discharged and given a medal for National Defense Service and Good Conduct. Most people remember Kenny from Almacs diner where he stayed for 18 faithful years as the best darn breakfast cook in Fall River. He also worked for Home Depot as an in store sales rep with the Met Team. Kenny enjoyed many things in life that involved working with his hands, but cooking was always his passion. And you could tell! Kenny was a Great Husband, Father and Friend.

Survivors beside his wife and parents are Son Matthew Banville of Swansea, Daughters Holly Banville of Fall River, Elizabeth Burns of Las Cruces, NM, US and Crystal Pendleton of Pueblo, CO. His brothers the Late Edmund Banville Jr., Joseph Banville of Swansea, Christopher and Lucien Banville of Fall River and Sister Cynthia Mather of Freetown. As well as many nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grand children. He loved everyone of them with all his heart.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial celebration of life on Sunday, January 19, 2020 from 11am-2pm in the Louis Colon AmVets Hall, 659 Brayton Ave., Somerset.
