Earle J. Tracey, 83, passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2019, after a period of declining health.
Earle was born in Attleboro and was a son of the late David and Rose (Manning) Tracey.
Earle, was employed in maintenance for the City of Attleboro for many years, where he spent most of his time working in the Attleboro Public Library and Recreation Department. He also was employed with Russell Morin Catering and Morins Diner for several years and was a member of the Attleboro American Legion. Earle loved to ride his bicycle and was an avid New England Patriots fan. He also enjoyed camping and cherished the time he spent with his large extended family. Earle served his country honorably in the US Air Force during the Korean War and along with his six brothers, was a proud veteran, and a true patriot.
He is survived by his sister-in-law Tilley Tracey of Scituate RI, many nieces and nephews and a large, loving, extended family.
He was the brother of the late David, Thomas, Joseph, John, Edward, Robert and Cathline Tracey and Rosemary Mello.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his graveside service with military honors on Tuesday, January 15, 2019, at 11am, in Mount St. Mary Cemetery, 661 Prospect St., Pawtucket, RI.
