View Tribute and Sign Guestbook NEW BEDFORD – Crystal R. Hammond, 43, of New Bedford died unexpectedly at home on Sunday, July 1, 2007. Born in New Bedford, the daughter of Nancy (Williams) Hammond of New Bedford and the late Richard Hammond, she was a lifelong resident of the city.
She is survived by her mother; her grandfather, Manuel Costa; a son, Matthew J. Hammond of New Bedford; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Jean Gomes and Catherine Martin.

A Memorial Mass will be held Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at 10:00 AM in St. Joseph-St. Therese Church, New Bedford.
