Olive H. Kennedy

ATTLEBORO – Olive H. Kennedy, 84, of Tyler Street in Attleboro, died on Sunday, October 7, 2007, in the Madonna Manor Nursing Home in North Attleboro. Born in Hartford, CT, a daughter of the late Robert M. and Olive R. (Holt) Kennedy, Ms. Kennedy lived in Attleboro most of her life.

She graduated with the Class of 1941 of Attleboro High School and the Katherine Gibbs School in 1943 and Bryant College in 1981. She was a human resource coordinator with the Foxboro Company for many years before retiring in 1984.

Ms. Kennedy was a member of the Second Congregational Church in Attleboro, and a member of the Martha’s Circle of the church. She also belonged to the Pierian Club of Attleboro, and was a member of the Hope Chapter #41, Order of the Eastern Star.

She leaves two nieces, Rebecca M. Kennedy of Milford, NH, and Rachel S. Kennedy of Nashua, NH; one nephew, Bruce S. Kennedy of Nashua, NH; and one great nephew, John Tyler Gordon of East Boothbay, ME. She was the sister of the late Robert M. and Bruce H. Kennedy.
