View Tribute and Sign Guestbook Wendi H. Davis, 54, of Fairhaven died Tuesday, January 16, 2007 at home after a long illness. Born in Acushnet, she was the daughter of the late Carlton Davis and the late Martha (Sponholtz) Gidley. She lived most of her life in Fairhaven.
Wendi entertained locally as a singer and a one woman band. She was a massage therapist and operator of Harmony Therapeutic Massage. She would use her skill yearly as a volunteer for the Pan-Mass Challenge. Wendi was a Registered EMT, a Certified Diver and also operated the Ship Shape Marine Services. She was an animal advocate and loved her pets dearly. She was also a member of the Fin, Fur and Feather Club in Mattapoisett.
She is survived by a son, Garth Rowe of Fairhaven and her many friends who helped care for her during her illness.
Funeral Information
Her funeral service will be Monday, January 22, 2007 at 9:00 AM in the Fairhaven Funeral Home, 117 Main St., Fairhaven followed by interment in River-Side Cemetery, Fairhaven. Calling hours are Sunday from 2-4 PM.
