WOONSOCKET – Beatrice J. Beausoleil, 88, of Poplar St., Woonsocket, died on Friday, June 8, 2007, in the Woonsocket Health Center. Born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Y. (Coutu) Doyon, she was the wife of the late Alcide Beausoleil. A life long resident of Woonsocket, she was a communicant of St. Joseph’s Church in Woonsocket and a member of its Senior Citizens Group.

Mrs. Beausoleil and her late husband owned and operated the former Woonsocket Sheet Metal Company, where she served as the Secretary of the Company for twenty-two years before retiring.

She leaves one daughter Jeannette B. and her husband Maurice M. Dubois of Bellingham, MA; one sister, Rita Eliasz of Woonsocket; two grandchildren, Michael M. and James A. Dubois; and four great- grandchildren, Jason, Ryan, Katelyn and Amanda; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Leo, Eugene, Laurent and Normand Doyon, Florence Bergeron, Rose Charron and Theresa Grenier.

Funeral Information

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2007, at 9:00AM from THE MENARD FUNERAL HOME, 127 Carrington Avenue, Woonsocket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM in St. Joseph’s Church, 1200 Mendon Road, Woonsocket. Burial will follow the Mass in the family lot in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Wrentham Road, Bellingham. Friends and relatives are invited to visit with the family in the MENARD HOME on Tuesday morning from 9:00 to 10:00AM before the Mass.
