View Tribute and Sign Guestbook Dorothy L. (Macomber) Balfour , 67, of Abbott Run Valley Road in Cumberland, passed away Sunday, October 9 2005, at Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket.She was the wife of David W. Balfour Sr.
Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late Richard & Irene (Dugdale) Macomber. Mrs. Balfour was a homemaker. She had lived in Cumberland since 1968 coming from Pawtucket. She enjoyed gardening, and was a volunteer at the Blackstone Valley Tourism Council.
Besides her husband she is survived by a son, David W. Balfour Jr. of Somerset , a daughter Deborah Lee of Southbury, CT, a sister Arlene Sefton of Swansea, and three grandchildren.
Funeral Information
A reception for the family will be held Tuesday, October 18, 2005 from 4 – 5: 30 pm, with a service celebrating her life at 5:30pm in the Community Covenant Church, 615 Tremont St. Rehoboth, MA.
