View Tribute and Sign Guestbook Gerald E. Morin, 77, of West Carpenter St., South Attleboro, died Saturday, at Home and Hospice Care of RI, in Providence. He was the husband of Jeanne (St. Pierre) Morin.
Gerald was born in Attleboro, a son of the late Edmund & Angeline (Brochu) Morin. Mr. Morin was an Auto Mechanic for many years at various shops, before retiring. He was a Staff Sergeant in the US Air Force serving as an Aircraft Mechanic for over 10 years .
Gerald was an Attleboro resident since 1991 coming from Cumberland. He was a member of the American Legion of Attleboro, he enjoyed working on cars, going to auto shows, and enjoyed carpentry work and remodeling.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter Lisa Morin of Ianth,a Missouri, 2 sons Gary G. Morin of North Smithfield, RI, John Morin of Pascoag, RI, 2 brothers Robert Morin of Johnston, RI, Raymond Morin of Monroe, Maine. He was the grandfather of Anthony, Samantha, and Rachel. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Information
His funeral service will be held Tuesday, at 11:00 am, in the Foley – Hathaway Funeral Home, 126 South Main Street, Attleboro, Massachusetts, burial will follow in St. Stephen’s Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling Hours Tuesday from 10:00 – 11:00am.
