Raymond A. Remillard

WOONSOCKET – Raymond A. Remillard, 65, of Second Street in Woonsocket, died on Friday, November 16, 2007, at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. Born in Woonsocket, a son of Simone (Lamoureux) Remillard and the late Armand Remillard, he was the husband of Susan (Desjardins) Remillard.

Mr. Remillard resided in Woonsocket twelve years, prior to coming from Burrillville. He enjoyed antiques and going to yard sales, was a member of the Antique Association.

Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by three sons, David Remillard of Middletown, Ohio, Brian Remillard of Mapleville, and Alan Remillard of Cranston, RI; a daughter, Christine Stoll of Westboro, MA; a sister, Jeannette Cousineau of Woonoscket, one niece and seven grandchildren.

Funeral Information

His funeral will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2007, at 8:30AM from THE MENARD FUNERAL HOME, 127 Carrington Ave., Woonsocket, RI, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30AM in Scared Heart Church, 415 Olo Street, Woonsocket. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial will be at a later date in St . John the Baptist Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Monday in the funeral home from 4:00–8:00PM.
