Lois J. (Turcotte)  Eagan, 86, of Fall River, passed away on Friday, October 6, 2017, at the Adams House, in Fall River. She was the wife of the late Daniel J. Eagan.

Lois was born in Fall River the daughter of the late Alfred and Lillian (Bergeron) Turcotte. She was a graduate of Sacred Hearts Academy and from Thibodeaus business school. Mrs. Eagan worked as a hairdresser for many years at Kresky’s, Clifton Nursing Center and Penny’s, retiring several years ago. She was a communicant of Holy Name Church and Holy Trinity Church. Lois enjoyed playing cards, knitting and being with her family. 

Survivors are two daughters: Patricia E. Eagan and her husband Douglas J. Machado of Fall River; and Elaine E. McGraw and her husband John Jr. of Endicott, NY; three grandchildren: John F. McGraw and his wife Elizabeth Karanja of Jacksonville, F;, Kate E. McGraw and her husband Robert Rogol of Middletown, RI; and Daniel E. McGraw of Storrs, CT; three great grandchildren: Cameron, Brooks and Brighton; a sister: Elaine Dupont of Dartmouth; along with several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Arthur Turcotte.

Funeral Information

Her Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, October 10, 2017, at 9am, from the Hathaway Home for Funerals, 1813 Robeson Street, Fall River, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10am in Holy Name Church, 709 Hanover Street, Fall River. Relatives and friends are invited to attend, burial will be private at the request of the family.

Calling Hours will be held on Monday, October 9, 2017, from 2-5pm in the funeral home.
