(Methot) Thibault, 96, of Amity Street, formerly of Milliken Boulevard, died Monday, June 9, 2008, at the Southpointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Charles and Marie-Louise (Bernier) Methot, she was the wife of the late Philip Thibault.
Mrs. Thibault worked for the Newport Naval Station on Goat Island during World War II; later she also worked for Navaho Manufacturing Company for many years. She was a member of the Royal Travelers and enjoyed traveling around the United States. She was a communicant of St. Anne's Church in Fall River.
She leaves one sister, Germaine Fabiano and her husband Joseph of Wakefield, MA; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Elisee Methot, Lucien Methot, Sister Marthe Marie Methot, Julien Methot, Raymond Methot, Theresa Crosson, Daniel Methot, Ernest Methot, Henry Methot.
Funeral Information
Her funeral will be held Thursday, June 12, 2008 at 9:45AM from THE HEBERT-HATHAWAY FUNERAL HOME, 945 S. Main St., Fall River, MA, to be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM in Saint Anne’s Church, Middle Street, Fall River. Burial will be private.
