Dorothy E. Nixon

Dorothy E. (Hall) Nixon, 84 years, died at her home on Sunday evening May 28, 2006 following a period of failing health. Born in Providence, RI daughter of the late John and Marion (Howes) Hall. She was educated in RI and CT schools. A Taunton resident for the past 60 years she is the widow of the late Edwin F. Nixon and mother of Jane E. Nixon of Taunton, John H. Nixon of CT and Steven E. Nixon of ME. A grandmother of 3 and a great grandmother of 3. Mrs. Nixon attended Memorial United Methodist Church in Taunton and was very active in all activites of the church.

Funeral Information

A Memorial Service will be held in the Memorial United Methodist Church, 176 Somerset Ave. Taunton on Thursday at 11AM. Visiting hours are omitted and interment services will be private. Arrangements by the Crapo-Hathaway Funeral Home, 350 Somerset Ave., Taunton, MA.
