View Tribute and Sign Guestbook TAUNTON – Everett A. De Costa, 63, died in Morton Hospital in Taunton on Monday, May 14, 2007, following a period of failing health. Born in Portugal, a son of the late Manuel and Deloinda (Soares) De Costa, he was the husband of Joyce T. (Perry) De Costa.
Mr. De Costa was educated in the Taunton Public Schools and was employed as a machinist at Texas Instruments in Attleboro for more than twenty years. He was previously employed at Rennie Curtain Factory in Taunton and was last employed as the supervisor of janitorial services at the Galleria Mall in Taunton. He was a U. S. Army veteran.
In addition to his wife, Mr. De Costa is survived by his children, Donna Fabiano of East Taunton, James Vadala of Mansfield, and Richard Vadala of Taunton; his siblings, Mary Cippollini, Dinah McLaughlin and Michael De Costa, all of Taunton. He also leaves two grandchildren, Jennifer and Kerri Grover of Taunton; and a great-grandchild, Kristen Spearin of Taunton.
Funeral Information
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service in the CRAPO-HATHAWAY FUNERAL HOME, 350 Somerset Ave. ( Route 138 South), Taunton, on Thursday, May 17, 2007, at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday from 4:00-8:00PM.
