View Tribute and Sign Guestbook SOMERSET – Rosemarie T. (Gonsalves) Rebello, 62, of New York Avenue, Somerset, died Thursday, February 19, 2009, at home. Born in Middleboro, MA, a daughter of the late Henry & Sadie (Souza) Gonsalves, she was the wife of the late Edward Rebello.
A Somerset resident since 1968, relocating from Fall River, Mrs. Rebello had worked as a machine operator for Matrix Incorporated of East Providence, RI, since 1989. She was a parishioner of St. Patrick’s Church, Somerset, enjoyed playing Bingo, spending time with her family, and was a caretaker for her aunt. She loved to draw.
Rosemarie is survived by her two daughters, Tracy Walmsley and Kimberly Ann Rebello, both of Fall River, as well as by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Funeral Information
Her funeral will be held Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at 7:30AM from THE HATHAWAY COMMUNITY HOME FOR FUNERALS, 900 Buffinton St., Somerset, MA, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00AM in St. Patrick’s Church, 306 South St., Somerset with burial to follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Somerset. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling hours will be held Tuesday, February 24, from 4:00–8:00PM.
