Doris Nuttall

WESTPORT, MA – Doris Nuttall, 63, of Westport, died Tuesday, August 5, 2008, at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River. Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Ernest and Florence (Bernier) Nuttall, Ms. Nuttall was a 1962 graduate of BMC Durfee High School. She then attended Johnson & Wales University and the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.

Ms. Nuttall was a supervisor in the computer department at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth for forty years, retiring in 2002. She raised and showed champion border terriers, and was past president of the Wampanoag Kennel Club and the AFSME. She also enjoyed painting with water colors, going camping, and taking trips to Foxwoods.

Ms. Nuttall is survived by a sister, Florence M. Quesnell and her husband Emile of Assonet, MA; good friends, Thomas and Linda Cahill of Fall River; and many other family and friends.

Funeral Information

A graveside service for Ms. Nuttall will be held Monday, August 11, 2008, at 10:00AM in Beech Grove Cemetery, Main Rd., Westport, MA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
