 Frances L.  (Dodge) Carroll,  age  78  of  Prescott St. Attleboro died Friday in the Ridgewood Court  Nursing Home in Attleboro. She was  the  wife of the late  James  J. Carroll. She was  born in Attleboro on March 10, 1927 a daughter of the late  Ernest “Pop”   and  Winifred L. (Murphy) Dodge. She was a life long resident of Attleboro and a member of the Second Congregational Church of Attleboro she had worked a an Assembler and Office  Secretary for the  Texas Instruments Company of Attleboro for several years and later worked  in Domestic Sales for the K-Mart for over  eighteen years  before retiring in 1992. She was a homemaker and loved her home. She was an avid gardener and loved to sew and had made all  of  her  own  clothes. She especially  loved her pet dog Reba who passed away and her new puppy  Nellie. She leaves one daughter  Donna  R.  Noonan and one grand daughter  Marie E. Noonan both of Attleboro and several nieces and nephews. She was  the  sister of the late  Eldridge, Ernest and Sylvanus  Dodge and  Greta Quinn.

Funeral Information

Her Funeral  Service  will be  held on Tuesday at 11 AM in THE  FOLEY-HATHAWAY FUNERAL HOME, 126 South Main St.  (Route152) Attleboro. Burial will follow in St. Stephen’s Cemetery in the Village of Dodgeville in Attleboro. Relatives  and  friends  are invited to attend.  Calling  hours  in  THE FOLEY CHAPEL  Monday from 5 to 8 PM.
