Sonia I. (Robinson) Palmer, 87 years old, died on Sunday, August 27, 2006 in Morton Hospital following a period of failing health. Born in Oneida, NY, a daughter of the late Fred and Estelle ( Mayne ) Robinson.

Mrs. Palmer was a resident of Taunton for over 75 years. She was the wife of the late Francis “Ted” Palmer. She was a member of the Memorial United Methodist Church in Taunton. She was 1938 graduate of Taunton High School and a retired employee of Raytheon Corp. She was member of the Mother's Club of Taunton and a member of it's bowling league.

She is survived by 2 sons Robert Palmer of Taunton and Scott Palmer of Onset; 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and step sister Marilyn Benecke of FL.

Funeral Information

A graveside service will be held in Mayflower Hill Cemetery at the convenience of her family.
