View Tribute and Sign Guestbook Evelyn M ( Rivard) Gauthier, 92 formerly of Eugene Murphy Village Read St. Somerset, died Monday, December 19, 2005 at the Clifton Nursing Home in Somerset. She was the wife of the late Peter Gauthier. She was born April 17, 1913 in Fall River a daughter of the late Adelard & Delia ( Unknown) Rivard.
She was a homemaker. She has lived in Somerset since 1940 coming from Fall River and also from Tiverton. She was a parishioner of St Louis de France church.
She is survived by 2 sons Maurice Gauthier of Tiverton RI, Robert Gauthier of Somerset, abrother Norman Rivard of Fall River, and 3 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Edward Rivard, and also the late Imelda Brady .

Her funeral will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2005 at 8:30am from the Hathaway Community Home for Funerals, 900 Buffinton St., Somerset, MA, with a mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am in St Louis de France Church, Buffington St. Swansea, burial in St Patrick Cemetery Somerset. Calling hours are Wednesday, December 21, 2005 from 8:30 - 9:30am.
