Bonnie L. Owens

Bonnie L. (Kinnan) Owens age 73 of James Street Attleboro died Sunday in the Caritas Norwood Hospital in Norwood. She was the wife of 54 years of Andrew J. Owens, Sr. She was born in Oklahoma city, OK on December 5, 1933 a daughter of the late Roy J. and Bertha (Clouse) Kinnan. She moved to Attleboro from Kansas in 1954. She was a member of the Faith Alliance Church in Attleboro. Besides being a devoted wife and mother she had been a Solderer for various area Jewelry companies including Texas Instruments and later was a Manager at several Laundromats in Attleboro and North Attleboro. Besides her husband she leaves four sons Andrew J. Owens,Jr, Thomas L. Owens and Michael W. Owens all of Attleboro and Jack H. Owens of Corbin, KY. Four daughters Bonnie B. Hathaway and Virginia B. “Ginger” Owens both of Attleboro, Tina M. Breck of Corbin, KY and Donna L. Moore of Cumberland, RI. One brother Thomas Kinnan of Dallas, TX and one sister Lorraine Kinnan of Monroe, LA. Twenty four grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Information

Her Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 10 AM in THE FOLEY-HATHAWAY FUNERAL HOME, 126 South Main Street (Route 152) Attleboro. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, South Main St. in the Village of Dodgeville in Attleboro. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling hours Thursday in the FOLEY CHAPEL from 6 to 9 PM.
