Francis D. "Frank" Sayce

View Tribute and Sign Guestbook TAUNTON – Francis D. "Frank" Sayce, 65, died Sunday, January 17, 2010. Born in Boston, the son of the late John and Catherine (Hurley) Sayce, Sr., he was a longtime Taunton resident.
Frank proudly served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War era. He was an avid New England sports fan who enjoyed many years as a New England Patriots’ season ticket holder. He always enjoyed a good game of cribbage. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He was a loving father, brother, grandfather and uncle who will be missed by all.
He was the proud father of a daughter, Michele Cassidy and her husband Kevin of Boston; and two sons, Michael Sayce of Taunton and Matthew Sayce of Providence. He was the cherished grandfather of Michaela Sayce and Sydney Bangs. Frank was the dear brother of Connie Johnson of Walpole, Joan Reisner and her husband Dan of Brockton, Patricia Brennan and her husband Tom of Duxbury, Dan Sayce of Norwood, Richard Sayce of Foxborough, and the late Catherine Montal and John Sayce, Jr. He was the brother-in-law of Mattie Sayce of Middleboro and the uncle of numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Time of Remembrance Thursday, January 21, 2010, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. in THE CRAPO-HATHAWAY FUNERAL HOME, 350 Somerset Ave. (Route 138 South), Taunton. His interment will be private.
