View Tribute and Sign Guestbook Richard D. Barrette age 63 of Eagleville Road, Orange, MA, formerly of Woonsocket died unexpectedly in the Athol Memorial Hospital after being stricken at work. He was the beloved husband of 45 years of Suzanne L. (Hebert) Barrette. He was born in Woonsocket on December 16, 1942 a son of the late Harold and Aurore (Marcoux) Barrette.
He was a lifelong resident of Woonsocket before moving to Orange, MA nine years ago. He had worked in maintenance for the Thomas & Bettes Company of Orange for nine years until the time of his death.
Besides his wife he leaves two sons David R. Barrette of Woonsocket and Glenn A. Barrette of Cranston,RI and two daughters Denise J. Ingram of Auburn, MA and Diane L. Barrette of North Smithfield,RI. Two brothers John P. Barrette and Robert Barrette both of Woonsocket. Six grandchildren and one great grandson.
Funeral Information
His funeral will be held on Monday at 9:30AM from THE MENARDFUNERAL HOME, 127 Carrington Avenue, Woonsocket, RI followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM in St. Joseph's Church, 1200 Mendon Road, Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Jean the Baptist Cemetery, Wrentham Road, Bellingham, MA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling Hours in the MENARD FUNERAL FUNERAL HOME on SUNDAY from 3 to 7 PM.
