Gerard A. Cadorette

July 26, 1920 - February 03, 2006

Gerard A.  Cadorette,  age 85,  of  Old  Oxford  Road, North Smithfield  died Friday, February 3, 2006 in the Overlook  Nursing  Home in Pascoag, RI.  He was  the  husband  of  Aldora J.  (Fortier)  Cadorette. He was  born in   Woonsocket  on  July 26, 1920 a son of the late  Alpherie  and  Noella  (Desourdy) Cadorette.

He had  lived  in North Smithfield since 1988 having previously lived in Woonsocket  for many  years. He  was  a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church  in Slatersville. Mr. Cadorette  had  been a  Sectioner  Hand at the  Stanley  Woolen Mills in  Uxbridge for many years until retiring in 1985.  

Besides his  wife he leaves  two sons Denis R. Cadorette of North  Smithfield and Paul D.  Cadorette of Belchertown, MA and one sister Jeanne  Guertin  of   Woonsocket and  four grandchildren.  He  was  the  brother of the late  Rita  Plante.

Funeral Information

Relatives  and  friends  are invited to attend a Mass of  Christian Burial on Wednesday, February 8, 2006  at  10 AM in St. John the Evangelist  Church, 63  Church St.  Slatersville, RI.  Burial  will  follow in  St. Jean the Baptist  Cemetery, Wrentham Road,  Bellingham, MA.
