View Tribute and Sign Guestbook FALL RIVER – Jeanne Lea (Bourdon) Caron, 80, of Highland Avenue, formerly of Kennedy Street, Fall River, died Wednesday, January 31, 2007, at the Catholic Memorial Home. She was the wife of the late Roger Silva Caron. Born December 6, 1926, in Fall River, MA, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Beatrice (DeLorme) Bourdon.
Mrs. Caron worked for Saint Jean the Baptiste Credit Union for several years, serving as Assistant Treasurer; prior to that, she was employed by Colony Communications as a camera woman-consumer reporter for many years. Mrs. Caron was a member of Holy Trinity Church, Fall River.
She leaves one daughter, Paulette Jeanne Caron-Andreas of Mansfield, MA; one son, Mark Roger Caron of Wilbraham, MA; one sister, Pierrette Pelletier of Fall River, MA; and two grandsons. Mrs. Caron was the sister of the late Paul Bourdon.
Funeral Information
Her funeral will be held Saturday, February 3, 2007, at 8:00AM in the HATHAWAY HOME FOR FUNERALS, 1813 Robeson St., Fall River, to be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30AM in the Catholic Memorial Home, 2446 Highland Avenue, Fall River. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Stafford Road, Fall River. Calling hours will be held Saturday morning from 8:00-9:00AM in the funeral home.
