View Tribute and Sign Guestbook TAUNTON – Frank Kruczek, 84, died Thursday, November 13, 2008, in Morton Hospital in Taunton. Born in Taunton, the son of the late Walter and Katherine (Stefnik) Kruczek, he was the husband of Louise (Beaton) Kruczek. A lifetime resident of Taunton, he was educated in the Taunton Public Schools and attended Coyne Electrical School in Boston.
Mr. Kruczek was a retired tin smith at the Reed and Barton, Co. in Taunton. He had previously worked at Eureka Corp, in Taunton; Standard Coil; Raytheon in North Dighton and the Sylvania Corp. in Needham. He was the former owner of Riverside Club, also known as the “Old Polish Picnic Grounds,” on Whittenton Street, in Taunton. Mr. K. enjoyed his yard and livestock and animals.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Hazel Mach and her husband Michael of Taunton, Frances Earle of Berkley, and Walter Kruczek of California; and was the father-in-law of the late Rev. Charles Earle. He was the grandfather of Caneel and Melissa Johnson; Steven and Brian Mach; Travis, Michelle and Keith Kruczek and the great grandfather of five. Frank is the brother of Felix Kruczek of Taunton, and the late Theodore “Ted” Kruczek and Cassie Parker.
Funeral Information
Following Frank’s wishes, there will be no visiting hours, and his interment will be scheduled at the convenience of his family at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
