SOMERSET – Stella S. (Ciaglo) Senuick, 93, of Taft Avenue in Somerset, died on Thursday, September 20, 2007, at the Sacred Heart Nursing Home in New Bedford. She was the wife of the late Steven F. Senuick.

Mrs. Senuick was an assembly operator for more than twenty years for the Cerama Lighting Company before retiring twenty years ago. She was a Somerset resident for fifty years, having relocated from Fall River.

She was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Church in Fall River. In addition, she was a member of the Somerset Senior Citizens, and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and reading. She enjoyed doing yard work, going shopping, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and family.

Mrs. Senuick is survived by a daughter and son-in-law. Janice & Kenneth L Chace of Somerset; five grandchildren, Paul Senuick, Janice Mello, Gary Senuick, Gail Senuick, and Jennifer Lynn Senuick. She was the great-grandmother of Katlyn Mello, John Mello, and Christopher Mello. She was the mother of the late Stephen Senuick.

Funeral Information

Her funeral will be held on Monday, September 24, 2007, at 7:30AM from the HATHAWAY COMMUNITY HOME FOR FUNERALS, 900 Buffinton St., Somerset, MA, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00AM in St. Stanislaus Church, 36 Rockland St., Fall River, with burial to follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Somerset. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling hours will be held one hour Monday morning, prior to the start of the funeral, from 7:30–8:30AM.
