Paul H. Henault, 66, lifelong Somerset resident, passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2017, in Providence. He was the loving husband of Phyllis (Buffington) Henault, with whom he shared 45 years of marriage.
Paul was born in Fall River and was a son of the late Henry J. And Pauline (Bonnafe) Henault.
Paul was employed as a local area pharmacist all of his life and served in the US Army National Guard and Reserves. He was a life member of the AmVets Post 72 and the American Legion Post 228, and was an associate member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2045.
Paul had a lifelong love of boats and spending time on the water. He also enjoyed, working on cars, cooking and taking trips to Florida with his wife. Paul cared deeply for animals especially their beloved cats.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his sister Diane Henault-Tosi and her husband Jerome “Dick” of Duxbury, MA; brother-in-law Paul L. Buffington and his wife Charlotte of Deerfield, NH; several nieces and many lifelong friends.
He was the brother of the late Richard N. Henault.
His funeral will be held on Friday, July 14, 2017, at 12pm, in the Hathaway Community Home for Funerals, 900 Buffinton St., Somerset. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Burial will be private.
Calling Hours will precede the funeral from 9am-12pm in the funeral home.
