View Tribute and Sign Guestbook SOMERSET – Ruth A. (Vogel) Nerenberg, 83, of Somerset, died Friday, March 13, 2009, at the Somerset Ridge Center. Born in Coalgate, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Sam and Frances (Berger) Vogel, she was the wife of Milton E. Nerenberg with whom she shared sixty years of marriage.
She graduated from high school in Dallas, Texas, and then attended Southern Methodist University. Mrs. Nerenberg devoted her life to raising her family. She was a member of Adas Israel Synagogue in Fall River and a member of the sisterhood.
She leaves two daughters, Leah G. Kuten of Houston, TX, and Iris H. Scott of Monticello, MN; a son, Ross B. Nerenberg of Houston, TX; three grandchildren, Aaron, David and Samantha. She was the sister of the late Selma Garnett, Berma Dean Levine and Morris Vogel.
Funeral Information
A graveside service will be held Sunday, March 15, 2009, at 10:00AM in Agudus Achim Cemetery, Newhall Street, Fall River. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
