GUAM – Joseph Robert Farr, beloved 5 month old infant son of Petty Officer 1St Class Jeremy C. Farr, U. S. Navy, and Danielle M. (Balmain) Farr, died suddenly at his home in Santa Rita, Guam, on Saturday, October 6, 2007. He was born in Guam on April 26, 2007. His mother, Danielle, is originally from Taunton and is the daughter of Joseph and Diane Balmain of Taunton.

Joseph is also survived by his siblings, Emma N. Farr, Jeremy Farr, Jr., both of Guam, and Kaiser Xavier of Louisiana; his paternal grandparents, Robert and Marylou Farr of Louisiana; his aunts and uncles, Nicole (Balmian) and Manny Lherisse of Florida; Patricia Lacrosse of Louisiana; Stephen Balmain of Taunton; Joseph and Christiana Balmian of Taunton; and Jonas Farr of Louisiana; as well as several cousins.

Funeral Information

Joseph’s funeral, to which relatives and friends are invited to attend, will be held from the CRAPO-HATHAWAY FUNERAL HOME, 350 Somerset Ave. (Route 138 South), Taunton, on Friday, October 19, 2007, at 9:00AM, to be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Annunciation of the Lord Church at 10:00AM. Interment will follow the Mass in Mayflower Hill Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held in the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00-8:00PM.
