FALL RIVER – Barbara M. (Beaudry) Yarbough, 57, of Haskell Street in Fall River, passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2007, at Saint Anne’s Hospital in Fall River. Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Amity and Muriel (Carreira) Beaudry, she was the wife of Leslie G. Yarbough, to whom she was married for twenty-five years.

Mrs. Yarbough worked as a seamstress for Federal Work Clothes in Fall River for several years. She enjoyed taking trips to Fox Woods to play bingo, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Yarbough is survived by a daughter, Wendy L. Eldridge, and three sons, Thomas L. Cowen, Jr., Keith A. Cowen, and Randy S. Cowen, all of Fall River; three step-daughters, April Yarbough of Fall River, Tracy Lavoie of Swansea, and Lesley Valente of Fall River; and seven grandchildren, Garret, Kayla, Nathan, Morgan, Danielle, Megan, and MaKenna.

Funeral Information

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, August 12, 2007, from 3:00-6:00PM in the HEBERT-HATHAWAY FUNERAL HOME , 945 S. Main St., Fall River. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial will be private at the request of the family.
