Denise T. Parent

Denise T. (Malouin)  Parent, age 49, of Old Louisquisset  Pike, North Smithfield died Tuesday, May 9, 2006 in the Philip Hulitar In- Patient Center in Providence, RI. She was the  loving wife for  32 years of Donald M. Parent.  She was  born in Woonsocket on July 6, 1956 a daughter  of Jeannine  (Berger)  Malouin  of Cumberland  and  the late  Henri Malouin.  She had  lived  in North Smithfield for the past  thirty years  having  previously grown up in Cumberland.  Denise was a homemaker and a devoted  wife and mother. She was a communicant of Our Lady Queen of  Martyrs  Church in  Woonsocket.  

Besides her husband and mother  she leaves one son  Daniel M. Parent  of Lincoln and two daughters  Nicole D. (Parent) Willliams  of  Lincoln  and Melissa  Dargitz of  Marshall, MI.  Three  brothers  Richard  Malouin of  Franklin, MA, Normand  Malouin of  Burrillville, RI and  Jean  Malouin of  Pitsfield, NH.  Two sisters  Suzanne  Bielat  of  Woonsocket and Claire  Hazebrouck  of  Cumberland. One grand daughter  Hope  Rose  Puroll  of Marshall, MI and several nieces and nephews and her  God parents  Roger  and Therese Auclair of Manville.

Funeral Information

Her  funeral will be  held on Saturday, May 13, 2006  at  9 AM from THE  MENARD FUNERAL HOME, 127  Carrington Avenue Woonsocket  followed  by a Mass of Christian Burial at  10 AM in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs  Church 1409  Park Avenue, Woonsocket. Burial will follow  in  St. James  Cemetery, Old  River  Road, in the Village of Manville in  Lincoln. Calling   hours  are Friday, May 12, 2006 from  6 to 9 PM.
