View Tribute and Sign Guestbook FALL RIVER – Maurice L. Landry, 39, of Fenner Street, Fall River, died on Tuesday, August 7, 2007, at his residence. Born in New London, Connecticut, the son of Maurice J. Landry of Dartmouth and the late Margaret (Potvin) Landry, he was the companion of Lucia “Lucy” Bulhoes of Fall River.
Mr. Landry graduated with the Class of 1987 of Diman Regional Technical Vocational High School. He was employed by Martelli Construction, Hardy Exteriors, and also for the past six years in the shipping receiving department for Schwartz Ace Hardware in Fall River.
Maurice was an avid Patriots fan, and was engaged in the martial art of Tae Kwon Do. He loved to spend time with family and friends.
In addition to his father and his companion, Mr. Landry is survived by a sister, Debra J. Landry of Fall River; a brother, Michael W. Landry of Swansea; three nieces, Nicole Thibault of Berkley, Danielle McNeil of Cranston, and Jacqueline Landry of Fall River; two great-nephews, Tyler McNeil of Cranston and Jared Durrette of Fall River.
Funeral Information
His funeral service will be held on Friday, August 10, 2007, at 8:00AM from the HATHAWAY COMMUNITY HOME FOR FUNERALS, 900 Buffinton St., Somerset, MA, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00AM in Saint Louis de France Church, 56 Buffinton St., Swansea. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be held in the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00-8:00PM.
