TAUNTON – Rosalie Davis (Bethoney) Sassone, 53, died Friday, February 19, 2010, in Morton Hospital in Taunton. Born in Somerville, the daughter of Josephine (Scole) Bethoney, now of Norwood, and the late Joseph Bethoney, she was the wife of Michael Sassone of Taunton.

Educated in the Boston Public Schools and a resident of Taunton for the past five years, she enjoyed dancing.

Rosalie was the mother of Michele Brady of South Carolina. She was the grandmother of two. She was the sister of Neddie Riggsbee of California, Debbie Stanley of Dighton, John Bethoney of Brazil, Bruce Bethoney of Florida, Joseph Bethoney of Brockton, Ronald Bethoney of Brockton, Andrew Bethoney of Norwood, and Dennis Bethoney of Hyde Park.
