View Tribute and Sign Guestbook TAUNTON – Philip E. Martin, 51, of Taunton, died in Morton Hospital Thursday, January 24, 2008. Born in Taunton, a son of the late Emile and Lorraine (Farris) Martin, Mr. Martin was educated in the Taunton Public Schools and was employed as an occupational therapist at the former Paul A. Dever State School in Taunton for over ten years.
He was a member of the Italian Club on Wales St. in Taunton and enjoyed fishing, playing cards and was an avid sports fan. He was a member of the Winthrop Street Baptist Church in Taunton.
Mr. Martin is survived by his sister, Nadene Martin of Taunton; a brother, Paul Martin of Middleboro; a son, Jason Martin of Florida; and a nephew, Stephen Martin and his wife Jen of North Dighton.
Funeral Information
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Monday, January 28, 2008, in the Mayflower Hill Cemetery at 1:00PM.
