View Tribute and Sign Guestbook ATTLEBORO – Dorothy E. Salley, 89, of Hope Gardens, Park Street, Attleboro, died at her home on Tuesday, October 30, 2007. Born in Providence, RI, a daughter of the late Albanus and Alice (Brown) Claflin,
she was the wife of the late Irving R. Salley.
She made her home in Attleboro since 2003, having resided for a number of years in Rehoboth. Her favorite pastimes were knitting and reading.
She leaves one son. Irving C. and his wife Claire A. Salley of Pocasset, MA; and one daughter, Beverly and her husband Terrance Martin of Cumberland, RI; two grandchildren, Leann A. Salley of Rehoboth and Lorine Boucher of Attleboro. She was the sister of the late Marjorie Claflin.
Funeral Information
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service in celebration of her life at 10:00AM on Thursday, November 8, 2007, in the FOLEY –HATHAWAY FUNERAL HOME, 126 South Main St. (Route 152), Attleboro. Burial will follow the service in the family lot in Steven’s Corner Cemetery, Anawan Street, Rehoboth, MA.
